a 5-day class, is an advanced course in tower crane service intended for service personnel with advanced knowledge and experience in tower crane mechanical and electrical system troubleshooting and repair. A partial course topic list includes: Crane controls and functions, site preparation, overload safety systems, electrical power supply and grounding.

Service Level 1 & 2, a 5-day course, is an intermediate level course. A partial course topic list includes:
Tower crane drive technology, electric systems, electrical schematics, basic repair, structural inspections.
electrical inspection, maintenance and repair; fault tracing; wire rope inspection and maintenance.
