      2.   OSHA Licensed Crane Inspector / Certifier.

      3.   Tower Crane Manufacturer Technical Training with:
                   *Favelle Favco:
                   *Manitowoc / Potain:
                   *Terex / Peiner:
                   *Linden Comansa:
                   *Morrow ( Liebherr and Pecco ).

      4.   Certified Crane Operator, ( NCCO - all categories).

      5.   Graduate of a 4 year Apprenticeship with the Operating Engineers which
             included comprehensive training in: Safety, Operation and Maintenance.

      6.   A life long commitment to advancement and continuous education.
